I am a gentleman all over...My hands are long and thin, and every day of my life I put on a clean shirt and a full suit from head to foot made out of linen so white it hurts your eyes to look at it; and on Sunday I wear a blue tail-coat with brass buttons on it...There is no frivolishness about me, not a bit, and I'm never loud from behind my fine victorian style mustache.
